Sarah Palin’s Hair Salon Gets Its Own Show

Written by Steph

The Alaskan hair salon responsible for Sarah Palin’s mess of a head, Beehive, is getting its own reality series on TLC. The show “goes inside a busy hair salon in Wasilla, Alaska, where the personalities of the owner and her staff are as big as the hairstyles they create.”

As someone who spent many years working in a hair salon, I pretty much have no interest in watching this show – especially if the Beehive ladies are the only beauticians in America that style hair base on their cosmetology school textbooks (which are outdated by fifty years, give or take). If I wanted to watch a cosmetologist struggle with fingerwaves and beehives, I’d sit in on a BOCES class.

  • It depends, I like Jerseylicious and Tabitha’s salon takeover. These places are filled with women and you know drama follows!
