Portland runs a close race to Austin, as it’s also consistently ranked as one of the most plant-based friendly cities in the world. The West Coast scape is famed for its all-things-vegan grocery store, Food Fight!, as well as its endless vegan dining options, including 100% vegan and gluten-free bakery Back to Eden (above). Portland also hosts annual vegan festivals and meeting events.
