If you’ve been on the internet this week, you know that Lena Dunham’s Vogue cover came out. You also know that feminist site Jezebel tried to drag the Girls star through the mud and tried to shame her for being photoshopped. We all know that Vogue is in the business of producing fantasy and has had some serious photoshop fails. It’s no secret that Dunham was photoshopped. Jezebel then turned around and offered a $10,000 bounty on the original, un-photoshopped images of the editorial.
In the image above, Jezebel claims that the pigeon was photoshopped in to the shoot. First, why anyone is wearing a pigeon on their head is beyond me. This reminds me of that time Carrie Bradshaw wore a feather in her head for her wedding. In a whirlwind of shade, someone over at Vogue got fed up over a so called “feminist” site and posted one of the best Instagrams of 2014. Seriously. They’re quite brilliant.
