Ingredients
1.5ouncesChocolate Chai Tea
1ounceChocolate Flavored Vodka
1ounceIrish Cream Liqueur
1teaspoonBourbon Black Walnut Sugar
1pieceStar anise(to garnish)
1teaspoonAgave nectar(to act as an adhesive for your rim garnish)
Instructions
Combine black tea and water; cover and steep for 4 minutes. Strain, discard tea solids. Allow to cool. Yields eight ounces.
Place agave nectar in a small shallow dish. Pour Bourbon Black Walnut Sugar into a separate dish. Dip rim of glass in agave nectar, then dip and twist the rim into the sugar to coat.
Add concentrate, vodka, and Irish cream liqueur to a cocktail shaker. Secure and shake vigorously. Strain shaker contents into the prepared glass. Add star anise for garnish.
