1wholepremade pizza dough(these are usually found in the refrigerated section of your local supermarket)
1wholeegg
1/4cupolive oil
1tbspza'atar seasoning blend
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F
Unwrap your refrigerated pizza dough and coat it gently in a bit of olive oil (I like to use an olive oil mister for this so it's not too oily)
Divide the dough into 6 equal sections
On a wood cutting board or non-stick surface, begin to roll each section into a long, thin piece
Hold each section from the middle point, and then twirl the "legs" around to form a sort of semi-braided strand. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Crack your egg into a bowl with a teaspoon of water and mix. Use this egg wash to coat the tops of your bread twists.
Sprinle generously with za'atar seasoning.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes (or until golden brown on the top).
