1cupdill pickle juicestraight from the jar!
1/2cupchopped dill pickles
2wholejalapeñoschopped, preferably red for a fun color accent
1wholegarlic clove
1tbspfresh dillchopped
1tbspwhite or apple cider vinegar
1tsptable sugar
1/2tsphigh-quality salt
Instructions
In a blender, combine pickle juice, chopped pickles, jalapeños, garlic, fresh dill, vinegar, sugar and salt. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a small saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally to let the flavors meld.
Strain if desired, though we strongly prefer the texture as-is.
