Avocados and bananas seem like they would go together as well as Lindsay Lohan and sobriety, but try this smoothie and you’ll find that they’re actually made for each other. Ingredients:

1 frozen banana, cut up in small pieces
1 large ripe avocado, or 2 small
1 cup milk (use soy, rice or almond if you prefer)
2 tablespoons plain greek yogurt
2 teaspoons honey, maple syrup or agave nectar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 pinch cinnamon powder (optional)
