Ingredients:
1 frozen banana, cut up in small pieces
1 large ripe avocado, or 2 small
1 cup milk (use soy, rice or almond if you prefer)
2 tablespoons plain greek yogurt
2 teaspoons honey, maple syrup or agave nectar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 pinch cinnamon powder (optional)
