This berry bread is the perfect afternoon snack. It has tons of fruit, so it’s technically considered diet bread*, and it’ll satisfy all those carb cravings. Ingredients:
Dough
7g dried yeast
500g spelt flour
85g sugar
75g soy margarine
1/2ts salt
1 egg
250ml lukewarm rice milk
Filling
3tbs spelt flour
3tbs sugar
500g fresh berries (I used blueberry and strawberry)
40g dried spelt breadcrumbs
