Gluten Free Chicken and Egg Pesto Wrap
Ingredients:
- Brown Rice Tortillas
- Sliced Deli Chicken
- Pistachio Pesto
- Daiya Cheese
- Olive Oil
- 2 Eggs
Directions:
- Put the stove on a low flame and add a teaspoon of olive oil
- Crack 2 eggs and place in your sliced chicken into the pan
- Stir your food till your eggs are cooked and the chicken has some color on it
- Take it out when it’s done and set it aside on a plate
- Add another teaspoon of olive oil to your pan and put your brown rice tortilla in it
- Once one side is a bit golden brown flip it over
- Spread some pistachio pesto on half of the tortilla
- Add your chicken and eggs to the other half and sprinkle some daiya cheese on top.
- Fold it over anyway you like and enjoy this quick and easy to make meal
