Gluten Free Chicken and Egg Pesto Wrap

Ingredients:

  • Brown Rice Tortillas
  • Sliced Deli Chicken
  • Pistachio Pesto
  • Daiya Cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • 2 Eggs

Directions:

  1. Put the stove on a low flame and add a teaspoon of olive oil
  2. Crack 2 eggs and place in your sliced chicken into the pan
  3. Stir your food till your eggs are cooked and the chicken has some color on it
  4. Take it out when it’s done and set it aside on a plate
  5. Add another teaspoon of olive oil to your pan and put your brown rice tortilla in it
  6. Once one side is a bit golden brown flip it over
  7. Spread some pistachio pesto on half of the tortilla
  8. Add your chicken and eggs to the other half and sprinkle some daiya cheese on top.
  9. Fold it over anyway you like and enjoy this quick and easy to make meal
