Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Egg Free – Chocolate Chunk Pancakes
makes about 8 small pancakes and 4 medium sized ones
Dry Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Gluten Free Multi – Purpose Flower
- ½ cup of Rolled Oats
- 2 teaspoons of Xantham Gum
- ¼ of a Chocolate Bar
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Almond Milk
- ½ cup of Agave
Instructions:
- Smash up chocolate bar.
- Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another one.
- Mix both together into one large bowl.
- Warm your pan up on a low flame with some olive oil.
- Add your pancake mixture to the pan.
- Flip once you see color on the pancake under side.
- Once they are done take out of pan and make some more.
