What better way to celebrate December 12th – National Cocoa Day – than with hot chocolate…in chocolate? Don’t worry, you don’t need to be Jacques Torres to make the chocolate cups. They’re easier to make than they look. All you need is a balloon! Recipe and image via Daydream Kitchen.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup whipping cream

6 ounces quality semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 ounces espresso or strong coffee

1/2 tbsp dark rum

2 tbsp butter

1/2 tsp flavorless, granulated gelatin

pinch of cayenne powder
