Ingredients:
Makes 1 1/4 cups
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons + 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin unrefined coconut oil, melted
- 1 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2-3 teaspoons coconut sugar or sucanat [optional]
- 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon salt
