The Pear Flip cocktail is a spring essential – an Easter cocktail, perhaps. If you’re not about that Easter egg hunt life, this is a great way to ingest festive Easter eggs this Sunday (egg white makes this drink gloriously frothy). Top it off with St. Germain and nutmeg and enjoy!
1.5 oz Hangar One Spiced Pear Vodka
1.5 oz St. Germain
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 whole egg (Egg White only)
4 dashes Angostura Bitters
Freshly Grated Nut Meg
Add Vodka, St Germain, Fresh Lime Juice and Egg White to a mixing glass. Dry Shake with no ice for 20 Seconds creating a smooth texture and foam. Hard Shake with Ice for 20 seconds. Strain into chilled Martini Coupe. Grate whole Nutmeg on top so it is evenly distributed on top of the cocktail. Add 4 dashes of Angostura Bitters.
