Sparkling Cherry & Spice cocktail

It’s the most wonderful time of the year. With fun cocktails, and fruity drinks and lots of cheer!

This Sparkling Cherry & Spice cocktail needs to be served at the next holiday party you attend. And if it isn’t – the recipe is simple enough that  you can make it yourself and bring joy to all of your friends this Holiday Cocktail Season.

2 1/2 oz Grand Marnier Cherry

2 oz Chandon Rosé sparkling wine (chilled)

1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger

1/2 oz fresh lime juice

Muddle the ginger in the bottom of a mixing glass and then add Grand Marnier Cherry, lime juice and ice.  Shake well and strain into a chilled flute.  Top with chilled Chandon Rosé sparkling wine and stir gently.  Garnish with candied ginger on the rim of the flute.
