Who wants a Twix cookie when you can get a whole Twix cake? I’m a firm believer that bigger is always better, however too big isn’t always ideal and can be quite scary. Wait, I’m supposed to be talking about cake. Anyway, this awesome image and recipe for Twix Cake comes from Raspberri Cupcakes.
Ingredients
For the cake:
90g (about 3/4 cup) plain flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
60ml (1/4 cup) milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
60g (1/4 cup) sugar (preferably caster/superfine)
60g (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, softened
1 medium egg
