This wedding dress is made completely out of human hair.
We see a lot of strange fashion around here, from dresses made of condoms, to wedding gowns made of toilet paper. This human hair monstrosity however, is arguably the most disturbing of them all.
The dress was designed by Thelma Madine along with a hair salon in Liverpool called Voodou, and is constructed of tens of thousands of individual hair extensions. It took a team of 8 people 300 hours to create something so ugly, so if you are thinking of a little wedding DIY, just make sure you budget enough time.

The reason I am so grossed out by this dress is that I think of the thousands of little bald Chinese girls who had to sacrifice their luscious locks in the name of bad fashion, and it breaks my half-Asian heart.
