Actually, this song takes me back to 10th grade, but hearing Jack Johnson in general reminds me of early 2000’s college days on the beach (I went to school in Florida), nights in crappy bars, and listening to as much emo BS music as our convertibles and pick-up trucks could handle. And, at some point, I’ll share the story of the time I found Trick Daddy (the rapper) hanging out on my dorm room bed…. but I’ll save that for another day.
