Tonight the world is mourning the loss of yet another great talent- Dixie Carter. As one of the stars of the popular 80’s sitcom Designing Women, Carter was a household name for her ability to deliver comic timing and dry humor. She also appeared on other popular shows including Diff’rent Strokes and Family Law. Most recently she played Gloria Hodge on Desperate Housewives.
