What happens when you create a pit bull dachshund mix? Well, you get this fierce little wiener.
I actually overheard a couple I’m friends with recently arguing about the type of dog they should get when they move in together. She wanted something small-ish and cute, he wanted something bigger to outwardly display his testosterone. I only wish I had known these fierce wiener dogs existed. By “fierce wiener dogs” I actually mean the more technical hybrid that occurs when a pit bull and a dachshund find love and make babies.
Rami is the pit bull dachshund mix pictured above, and he’s available for adoption via Georgia’s Moultrie Colquitt County Human Society. He’s been a viral sensation on the Human Society’s Facebook page, and he apparently loves to pose for photos. If you’re not far from Georgia and have a big heart, Rami may be the doggy of your trendy canine dreams. Even his name is on trend, because it’s all ironic and hipster, meaning tall or exalted.
Enterprising friends: I have a feeling he could be the next tongue-out-of-mouth Instagram dog.
