World Blood Donor Day, June 14

“Give” with Pride and Passion

June 14th is World Blood Donor Day, we would love to encourage you to give blood or donate to America’s Blood Centers that work with Nexcare Bandages. With the help of you and your friends, the nation’s blood shortages would decrease. Especially in this dire time of need, it would be great to pass along the word of the “give” program. The “give” program raises awareness of the nation’s blood shortages. This year, since June 14th is also Flag Day, the bandages provided by Nexcare are inspired by our shared patriotic spirit, symbolizing the hero in each American who saves lives by giving blood.

To help close this gap, Nexcare Brand and America’s Blood Centers are partnering on the second annual give program, a nationwide blood donation initiative kicking off on World Blood Donor Day, Monday, June 14th, and extending through Sunday, June 20th.

Additionally, there’s a dedicated website, www.nexcaregive.com, where visitors can share their story, get directions to our local blood center and register to receive coupons and a free sampling of bandages.
