Remember the tankini? I don’t know about you, but I definitely owned one as an elementary schooler (maybe even middle school too?), and so did all my pre-teen pals. Mine was green and rather heinous and showed off only a smidgen of my tummy. As I got older, of course, I switched to bikinis solely and totally forgot about the whole tankini craze. But just recently I was browsing Shopbop and came across this modern version. Pretty impressive for a tankini and even kind of weirdly sexy on this model too, right? I’d like to see it on a normal chick though to get a real idea. What do you think: is the modern tankini hot or not?
