Gluten-Free, Dairy Free Chocolate Chip Marshmallow Treats

- 1 bag Rice Krispies breakfast cereal (standard bag, not the giant oversized ones from Costco!)
- 2 bags vegan marshmallows
- 1 bag dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Earth Balance (I use the Buttery Spread with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, but you can use any other variety you like so long as it's dairy-free)
Add the Earth Balance to pot on medium flame.
Once melted, add both bags of marshmallows.
After most of the marshmallows are melted, add the bag of rice krispies slowly and mix well.
When you are done you can take your bag chocolate chips and add them to the pot.
Then place the entire mixture into your 9″ x 9″ nonstick dish, or a glass baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Or, you can take everything out the pot and place into your dish and then sprinkle your chocolate chips on the top.
Wait a few minutes for it to cool before slicing and serving.
