- Boost athletic performance –– Thanks to the nutrients in the little berries, you can improve your athletic performance. Goji berries are high in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids, all of which will help you to perform better on the court or at the gym. It’s not an athletic supplement, but it can help to improve your performance.
There are a lot of sites that claim that Goji berries can do amazing things for your health, but sadly it’s hard to find a lot of concrete scientific evidence to back up the claim. As with many remedies and supplements, most of the studies done have been paid for and conducted by manufacturers of the products. Finding independent, third-party studies is a challenge, so it’s hard to be certain that the claims made are genuine, rather than just a marketing tool to hype up the effectiveness of the product.
