Anal Sex Becoming “Normal” Says University Study

Written by Bryce

Some surprising news on how many people are taking it up the butt.

Non-traditional sex grows in popularity according to a new national study. That means anal and oral.

Sex has changed a lot in the past 16 years, according to a new study by The Center for Sexual Health Promotion at Indiana University.  The study surveyed nearly 6,000 people between the ages of 14 and 94 about their sexual habits, and used questions similar to those in The University of Chicago’s sex survey conducted in 1994.

The findings: since 1994 it has become way more “normal” to engage in oral sex, and now a whopping 40% of women between the ages of 20 and 45 have engaged in anal sex.

Aside from a brief encounter with a colonic a couple weeks ago, my tuchus is still in that other (safer) 60%, but I’ll agree that oral sex is certainly “normal” for most 20-somethings (although I encourage this one to only be for loving, long-term relationships).
