You start going to the gym regularly. I don’t want to scare you, but there comes a time in every person’s life where they realize they can’t just eat whatever they want anymore. In your late 20s your metabolism starts to slow down, so you either start hitting the gym on the regular, or turn into Jabba the Hut. NOTE: The chance of you just deciding to throw in the towel and get fat is directly related to whether or not you are married.
