Riverside Park: The Upper West Side is a pretty safe area, and the park is on the water so your boobs can catch a view of lovely New Jersey. The most dangerous thing you are likely to encounter here is the stare of a lonely husband pushing a stroller, and even then, he probably deserves a peek or two.
