Pan Roasted Sea Scallops
Did you know that scallops could change the way you feel about life? After shoveling a small village of these down my throat, I thought long and hard about my decisions. For one, I knew that I had to smuggle a bunch of these from Zynodoa in Staunton, VA back to New York City. I also knew that I needed to find someone to support me for the rest of my life so I could start a black market for scallops.
