Grilled Chicken
Back in Roanoke, I had the pleasure of staring at Chef Aaron’s adorable face for about a few hours at his restaurant The River and Rail. I also had his chicken. To be honest, the experience is pretty close to experiencing an immaculate conception. I felt some serious type of way about a piece of chicken afterwards. Not only did this beautiful specimen melt in my mouth but after each swallow I could feel the first breath of a baby being born. BONUS: Make sure you demand the banana pudding with jalapeño.
