Alabama: Wear Your Racist Pants HIGH

Written by Bryce

Thank you, city of Mobile, Alabama for reminding us the racism in the old south is still alive and well.

Thank you, city of Mobile, Alabama for reminding us the racism in the old south is still alive and well. Don’t get me wrong, I’m the first person to agree with the pants-were-made-to-cover-your-ass concept, but isn’t it a little ridiculous to make all the “indecent” examples black?

Last I checked, there were plenty of other races guilty of ill-fitting pants. Please allow Jessica Simpson to serve as an example.

  • Are you serious? For realz? Displaying examples upon dark colored silhouettes is not racist. Exactly how do you know that the sign was designed by a non-black person? If it was, would that person be racist? Over-usage of the word “racism” and “racist” by people like you has all but eroded the meaning of the word. I don’t like saggy-a$$ pants either, but dayam. Get a life. Kudos to Mobile for standing up to & saying enough is enough to this ridiculous trend. I live in Atlanta and let me tell you that 99.9 out of a 100 people that I see dressed like this are black. That’s not racist ~ it’s a fact. Might I suggest that you look up the word racist and/or racism in a dictionary.
