Never, ever, compare your wife to any other pregnant wife. Every pregnancy is different, and every woman is, too. She will NEVER want to hear about another woman’s pregnancy, because your sperm and her egg has nothing to do with anyone else. Having a baby together is a sacred thing, so you need to treat it like she is the only woman who has ever gotten pregnant, and your baby is the only baby that has ever existed. Follow this rule, and you are pretty much golden. All of the other crap I just explained will fall into place if you react in wonder and awe the entire time your child is incubating.
