I’ve heard the urban legends of friends finding adorable shoes at Payless. I have never been so lucky, but I’ll sure be stopping in to the BOGO laden headquarters more often to check out otheir stock, while perusing their new line body products, nail polishes, fragrances & color cosmetics set to launch in September 2010 in locations all across the US.
And yes, they’re cheaper than cheap. The entire paraben-free & 100% earth consciously packaged line will retail for under $20.
