The Logic Of All Sex(ting) Laws

Written by Vivianne

Whether or not you’re Miley Cyrus, some of the things you do when you’re a nymphette, you end up regretting.

It’s not hard for me to believe there really are 13-year-old girls getting naked on camera somewhere, for someone. I can’t even imagine how bad I would have been as a teen if we had all of the mobile options we have today.

Whether or not you’re Miley Cyrus, some of the things you do when you’re a nymphette, you end up regretting. Up to now, in Illinois, students under 18 caught “sexting” would actually face criminal charges. Today, however, the Illinois Senate has reportedly approved a bill lessening penalties for teens who use computers or cell phones to share nude photos. Instead of being radically punished, they’ll be given juvenile court supervision & education.

Makes sense – cause when you think about it… who’s really to blame: the poor girl who amorously sends a pic of her body in bloom to her love interest – or that douchebag who forwards her message to the whole AT&T network?

  • Um, it’s still absolutely, 100% her fault. Sure, the guy who passes it on is a douche but if the girl doesn’t moronically send it in the first place, he is never given an option.
