Today started out a little rough, but I’m back in the swing of things now (with only about 2 hours left in this day).
1) Online Shopping Stops Nausea. FACT! Yesterday I had the bright idea to go shopping along 5th Avenue with my friend, Christophe. We ducked in and out of stores, bought cookies at Ma Peche, and then I went home. Within a few hours I was totally sick, and I have no explanation other than I had a massive allergic reaction to shopping on land. Online shopping never leaves me ill, and I think that’s pretty great.
2) Shout Out to Brian on the Upper East Side. Hey, kiddo! Someone in London mentioned that you’ve been stawkin’ my blog looking for sexual commentary, etc on your friend. So… a) I’m thankful that you’re a new reader, and b) your friend rocks my world. And yes, the big hands thing was about him.
3) I Got a Painted Porcupine Gift. Is there some hidden Mexican meaning behind this? I hope my kid doesn’t try to eat it.
4) I Love Ashley Brady. That girl is a serious genius. Aside from all that fun beauty and fashion content she writes on here, she had the brilliant thought to bring me a giant bottle of ginger ale and some toast this morning. She’s incredible. If I knew how to fuse eggs I’d totally have a baby for her so she could save her boobs from the inevitable dismay of creating baby humans.
note to self: no cookies from ma peche
Thanks, Gruber! I have a feeling that if I ever get sick of your kid and want one of my own (doubtful) that science will have evolved far enough for this egg-fusion party to occur. I’m thinking we can name it Roger?
Duly noted. I’m happy for you both – I just hope I make the cut.
🙂
