Ingredients:

Serves 6

  • 2 cups/480ml filtered water
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves (plus more for garnish)
  • 3 Tablespoons/63g wildflower honey
  • The juice and zest of 1-2 large limes (divided use)
  • 1 small seedless watermelon, cut into cubes
  • 1 pint of fresh raspberries, rinsed and dried
